Restful sleep. The sleep aid gives me one of the best dreams of my life. It is a deep sleep that is not so deep that you are groggy in the morning. I feel like it also helps me fall asleep faster, especially after having a late workout with the previous work still in my system.

The best product on the market. Much better than drugs. My husband is in medicine and is very picky about ingredients. He tried this several times when I told him how amazing it is and now he asks me to reorder. I like the other products too. Very satisfied.
