So far this has been really helpful for getting consecutive hours of deeper sleep. I have had sleep problems for a long time and my husband and cats still wake me up but if left alone and i can wake myself up i can say this supplement has done wonders for falling asleep and staying asleep.
I have tried many different ones. This one works better. I don’t wake up groggy in the morning. Take 2 approximately 30 minutes before bed. Before this I had a hard time falling asleep and now I don’t. I take it on work days and take two days off when I’m not working.
I sleep like a baby after taking 2 of 5-HTP, and my overall mood has improved dramatically! I have been taking it about 3 times a week and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely order this again

I love this sleep aid. I was diagnosed with insomnia and prescribed Xanex for many, many years. Well, I decided to quit. I take this with Unisom and valerian root and it works without feeling groggy in the morning. I am so grateful to have found these things.
