I was having trouble sleeping after an accident and was looking for a gentle sleep aid and came across your product. in the past i have taken your products and had great results and i made the decision to try this product and had great results too.
I started taking this product because I would wake up every night at 3 am and couldn’t get back to sleep (ahh, the joys of getting older!). I followed the instructions, 2 a night for 5 nights, then 2 nights off. It took about 2 weeks for me to see a difference, but now I’m sleeping through the night! I LOVE the product!
5-HTP really ensures that you get a good night’s sleep. Even if I don’t get a full 7-8 hours of sleep, I still wake up feeling well-rested and refreshed. I feel better on 5-6 hours of sleep using 5-HTP than on 7-8 hours of sleep without it.
So I’m always skeptical of these types of products at first but I read the reviews and said “What the heck” so the first night I took it as directed and within 30-45 minutes I felt my body start to relax naturally and I felt I relaxed my body and went to bed. I woke up and felt like I hadn’t slept this WELL in months, even years. Highly recommended.
