It works fine and smooth. I use it almost every day and my husband also uses it occasionally if he is constipated. It works nice and smooth and if I take it at night, in the morning I am ready to start the day right.

Effective! This supplement is effective and cheap. When I miss a dose I can tell the difference. Despite my hyperthyroidism, I feel less tired thanks to these pills. Also, I am able to think better. I wish a dose was just one pill instead of two. Other than that, I love this supplement!
