Works! This product works great and puts me to sleep quickly. The ingredient list is clean and there is nothing hidden. The company also stands behind its products and will provide any assistance you may need.
So I’m always skeptical of these types of products at first but I read the reviews and said “What the heck” so the first night I took it as directed and within 30-45 minutes I felt my body start to relax naturally and I felt I relaxed my body and went to bed. I woke up and felt like I hadn’t slept this WELL in months, even years. Highly recommended.
It provides the most restful sleep I’ve had in years. I sleep more and wake up less than before. I can also go back to sleep more easily. And I’m not that tired during the day. This is a product that I will continue to use for the foreseeable future.
