I take 2 capsules on weekdays while I am getting ready for bed. It doesn’t make me too groggy or sleepy and I always wake up feeling refreshed. I suffer from Nightmare Disorder, so it’s been hard to find anything that would help calm my brain enough to allow me to get some sleep. This has been a godsend to me!
I am in my mid 40’s and starting to have perimenopausal symptoms that frequently affect my sleep: tossing and turning and waking up frequently during the night. After a week of using this sleep aid, I have noticed those symptoms lessen and I wake up in the morning feeling more rested.
I take 2 capsules an hour before bed and it makes me sleepy. Which is hard to do, I’ve had trouble falling asleep for years, unfortunately I have a brain that goes into overdrive when I’m trying to sleep. This product really takes care of that.
This product has done a good job of stabilizing my sleep problems that I have had over the years. The low dose melatonin has helped me wake up in the morning and feel more awake/alert right from the start. Additionally, rutaecarpine has been effective in removing caffeine from my body, which has also been a game changer.
I learned about this product from my older cousin who loves it. I tried a bottle and found that i can leave my prescription to sleep. This is an exceptional product and as an experienced RN with many sleeping pills given to patients I believe it should replace all others. It provides a feeling of sleep and I sleep more at night.
