Restful sleep. The sleep aid gives me one of the best dreams of my life. It is a deep sleep that is not so deep that you are groggy in the morning. I feel like it also helps me fall asleep faster, especially after having a late workout with the previous work still in my system.

I have been taking it before bed every night when I need it most. I usually take it at 9 or 10 p.m. m. I do a little meditation and let it do its work.
