5-HTP has all the ingredients you need for restful sleep in convenient capsule form. The dosages are effective and it’s nice not to have to drink a ton of fluid (some sleep supplements are powdered) this doesn’t make you wake up “to go” all night. Good job

I tracked it with my fitbit and found that i get better quality sleep with these than over the counter sleeping pills. I am more awake and have more energy during the day. I love them.
