I use it a few days a week and other than any other over the counter product it has worked wonders for me. After a couple of days without taking this, I will wake up a lot more than without taking it. The biggest downside for me was the adrenal fatigue reset/help. This has really helped with that and getting a good rest because I drink a lot of good energy drinks like celcius, none of that monster stuff. I have noticed that I wake up feeling more rested than before and I don’t feel tired after an hour since I woke up like I used to.
