This is a game changer for those that love to snack all day and never fill full! I’ve been able to cut back on snacking between meals and actually forced myself to eat lunch. This is the best addition for my intermittent fasting! The pills are easy to swallow and have not caused any issues so far. I would rate this a 5 out of 5!!
