At 69, it’s terrible without Menofem although it would be much better if Menofem cured hot flashes completely! I don’t see much improvement energy wise with this formula. I only know that I have tried to live without it and the hot flashes get the better of me! So I’ll keep taking them for as long as it takes. I wish menopause was over now!
