I tried this after reading the reviews and thought if it lowered my blood pressure a bit it was worth it. I went from 163-96 to 147-84 on average. Don’t believe the 120-80 lie. If you’re between the ages of 140 and 90 and over 40, you’re doing fine. For me this works, it was moderately high and is now very close to normal. No side effects no prescription try it.
